As for the unique history, this band has a makers mark of " Mermod, Jaccard & King" originating in St. Louis around 1866 and changing names names along the way. The big history is that in 1904 Mermod and Jaccard designed the gold metals for the Olympics. (Metal has been tested in shop with Kee Gold Corp metal tester to insure authenticity)
